Every image is checked for framing, text and small-size legibility. Failed images give your credits back.

Do I own the images?

Yes. Use them on your game page, in ads and on social media.

Will Roblox accept them?

Roblox reviews every thumbnail and icon. We screen each image for moderation risk before you generate it.

When does it launch?

No date yet. We email you the day it opens. Sign in with the email you paid with and your 100 credits are there.

How does the 20% off work?

After launch it applies on its own to plans and extra credits for 12 months. Same email, nothing to enter.

Do my credits expire?

No. Launch pack credits never expire.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Unused launch pack credits are refundable within 14 days of your first login. A refund ends the 20% off.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 18 or older to buy credits, or have a parent or guardian buy them for you.
